I am recruiting for International Payment Operations professionals with a global fintech.

The Fintech has its UK operations presence in Coventry and around the world. They are one of the biggest voices in global payments having started out as a small FX exchange firm more than 40 years ago.

This is an exciting area of Financial Services to be a part of as the payments idustry is exploding with innovation and new technology at the moment. You would be at the forefront of this.

In this role you will be at the forefront of the global payments industry, with plenty of opportunities for advancement and gaining valuable skills in the financial services world.

If you are not fully 100% but have a bit of experience in the space, still get in touch as full training will be provided.

The roles I am hiring for will involve the following.

• Process a wide variety of FX Payments for the client base.

• Ensure all FX transactions are confirmed, settled, and reconciled daily.

• Maintain accurate records of all bank accounts and transactions.

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage day-to-day banking and reconciliation activities efficiently.

• Help investigate any failed payments that may happen.

• Experience in FX products, terminology, processes, and compliance would be amazing.

• Perform multi-currency reconciliations on GL accounts.

• A proactive approach with a proven track record of managing processes and driving changes from conception to implementation.

• Excellent organizational skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

• Most importantly a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for yourself and your team!
