Reconciliation Controller

Delighted to be exclusively recruiting for a Reconciliation Controller in Leicestershire. This is a critical position and your success will directly impact strategic decision making of the business.

  
Key deliverables:
  • Reporting directly to the Senior Leadership team, you will be responsible for high volumes of reconciliations.
  • Be responsible for investigating account discrepancies and the correct cash allocation.
  • Analysis of MI and Data.
  • Balance sheet recs, reporting on daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s.
  • Making commercial sense of the reconciliations and reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Responsible for stakeholder management and working closely with all departments.
  • Streamline and optimise reconciliation processes.
  • Review credit risk of new and existing customers, agree good commercial terms.
  • Raise credit notes.
  • Be accountable for improving reconciliation processes and you will have the autonomy to make improvements.
  • Build good internal relationships and collaborate with all areas of the business.
The Right Candidate:
  • You will have a proven track record in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal, IT, excel and systems skills.
  • Confident liaising with internal and external key stakeholders.
  • Take ownership and accountability.
  • Happy to drive change and have an inquisitive mind.
  • Will be commercially astute.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Will lead from the front and be an excellent business ambassador.
