Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Receptionist for our client based in Sunninghill.

Working days: Monday - Friday

Start Date: 08/05/2024

Pay rate: £12ph

Hours: Full time

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals
  • Answering phone calls, taking messages, and forwarding calls to the appropriate recipients
  • Managing the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Providing general assistance and information to clients and visitors

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • An up-to-date enhanced DBS
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A friendly and approachable attitude
