We are recruiting for an experienced receptionist to join a successful and growing telecommunications and IT company in the Shoreham area. This is a temporary role based in the office Monday-Friday working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will have front of house reception experience.

Duties will include:

  • Welcoming staff and visitors on arrival
  • Answering incoming calls and transferring them to the relevant department
  • Dealing with incoming deliveries and post
  • Arranging couriers and managing the FedEx account
  • Preparing deliveries and using franking machine
  • Provide administrative support to the Facilities Assistant
  • Maintaining the reception area and keeping it tidy and presentable

The working hours for the role would be Monday-Friday 08:30am-17:30pm
