Job Title: Receptionist

Paying: £11.44 per hour

Duration: Ad hoc Temporary dates as and when required

Hours: ADHOC 08.30 - 17.30 - week days and occasional weekends

Location: Solihull - free onsite car parking

Are you an experienced Receptionist with excellent front of house skills?

Enjoy meeting and greeting and answering the telephone?

Specifically seeking ad hoc temporary dates and would like to work on a prestigious front of house?

Available with little to no notice?

If yes, we would love to hear from you!

Key Duties:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors.
  • Answering the telephone, fielding calls and taking messages
  • Making refreshments
  • Being a first point of call on a prestigious front of house
  • Preparing meeting rooms
  • Basic administration duties
  • Preparing the post for despatch

Key Skills/Experience Required:

  • Previous Receptionist/customer service/front of house skills and experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable in meeting and greeting visitors.
