As receptionist, you will be right at the forefront of our client's operations. From warmly greeting visitors to ensuring smooth front desk operations, your role will be pivotal in creating a positive first impression and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Managing front desk tasks efficiently
  • Creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors
  • Handling enquiries and directing calls appropriately
  • Proficiency with IT systems, especially the Microsoft Office package
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Key requirements of the Receptionist:

  • Previous receptionist experience is essential, Minimum of 2 year's experience required
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word, Excel)
