This is an exciting opportunity to work for a vibrant, award winning architecture studio in their stunning offices in South London. They are looking for a new Receptionist to join their lovely team and be the face and voice of the studio! As the Receptionist you will be first point of contact for all calls and visitors, always providing first class service with a smile.

Key duties include:

  • Answer all calls professionally and quickly.
  • Redirect calls or take messages.
  • Greet visitors in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Ensure visitors are directed to the appropriate area of the building.
  • Organise the meeting room diaries.
  • Ensure the meeting rooms are serviced by preparing and clearing refreshments.
  • Ensure reception is clean and tidy at all times.
  • Distribute incoming and sort outgoing post.
  • Handle incoming deliveries throughout the day.
  • Monitor incoming emails, forward these or respond where necessary.

It’s a lovely role in a great environment and a pivotal part of the admin team. In order to be considered you will need to have previous reception experience as well as excellent customer service skills

Key skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and adept at multi-tasking.
  • Knowledge of software including Outlook, Word & Excel.
  • Good attention to detail
  • Punctual
  • Friendly and approachable
