My client is seeking a professional and enthusiastic individual to work within their prestigious offices showroom based in Cheltenham. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to utilise their strong customer service and communication skills. To be considered for this role you will need some commercial experience within an admin/ customer service role.
The Role:
- Be the first point of contact for all walk-in customers
- Assist the brand manager
- Nurture relationships with customers
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the brand
- Allocating sales leads to Sales Executives
- Complete daily reports
- Complete all administrative tasks
The Candidate:
- Prior experience using systems and general administration is essential.
- Have outstanding customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Confident user of Microsoft packages
