Receptionist

Our client is looking for an experienced Receptionist who can hit the ground running.

The office is located in Oldbury (B69) highly accessible with public transport, This is a great opportunity to join a market leading facilities maintenance company.

Day to day duties to include;

  • Answering all incoming calls
  • Meeting and Checking in Guests to the building
  • Dealing with Post
  • Filing of company documents
  • Booking Meeting Rooms
  • Use of Outlook

Requirements;

  • Confident telephone manner
  • Strong administration skills
  • Two check-able references to vouch for previous works

Job Specifics

  • 9am-3:30pm
  • Monday to Friday
  • £11.44 Per Hour PAYE + Holiday Pay
  • Weekly Pay
  • Start ASAP
  • 3 Month Contract - Potential for Extension
