Receptionist
We are working with a fantastic and successful client, based in the centre of Derby who are looking for a Receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis. You will meet and greet clients face to face as well as all aspects of enquiries and call handling.
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
- Ideally hold 5x GCSE’s including Maths and English or equivalent
- A level 2 in Customer Services is advantageous
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent people skills, ideally with previous reception and admin within the NHS
- Approachable and passion for customer service
- Flexible approach to work with good diary management
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- General computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Within this position, you’ll be:
- Welcoming all visitors, ensuring all patients are signed in
- Co-ordinating with different departments and clinicians
- Booking in patients
- Handling payments from patients
- Keeping reception areas neat and tidy
- Answering all calls with a professional manner
- Ensuring data accuracy is to the highest standard
- Managing prescriptions, standard forms and ordering of health information
- General aministration duties such as filing, post, photocoptying etc
Rate & Working Hours
- Temporary Assignment with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidte
- Working hours Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week
- Shifts are between 7.15am and 6.30pm
- £11.44 - £12.00 ph
