Fantastic opportunity to work for a global brand and provide support activities that facilitate the efficient running of the their International Offices.

This is a 14 week FTC from 29th April to 2nd August 2024.

Receptionist Benefits:

As the Receptionist you will:

  • Prepare Reception/Meeting Rooms ready for daily use
  • Answer the telephone and handle enquiries
  • Meet and greet Customers and Clients
  • Ensuring all guests are recorded on the visitor list in line with security policy
  • Liaising with site security
  • Process all incoming and outgoing post promptly, and sign for deliveries
  • Organise couriers
  • Manage meeting room allocation/bookings
  • Order Meeting Buffet requirements and prepare refreshments for meetings
  • Keep Reception Area tidy at all times

The ideal Receptionist will have:

  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service
  • Ability to adapt and remain calm in busy environment
  • Friendly and helpful
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High attention to detail
  • Hands on attitude and proactive approach
  • Ability to multi-task and think on your feet
  • Must be available from 29th April to 2nd August 2024
  • Must be able to work the weekend of 20th & 21st July and Saturday 27th July
