Quality personnel are currently looking for a temporary receptionist to join our well-established client for their thriving summer project.

We are looking for a proactive receptionist with excellent communication skills who is friendly and warm. The successful applicant must have good MS office skills and the ability to pick up a new system with ease. They will also be answering the phone so an excellent telephone manner is a must.

The main responsibilities of the role also include adding workers to the system, removing access, processing badges and updating spreadsheets. This role also includes general housekeeping and keeping the areas presentable.

There will be some facilities co-ordination also to include replenishment of the water bottles and milk, general tidying of the rear yard after breaks and assist the cleaning team with emptying bins and keeping communal areas tidy.
