£13.25 per hour + holiday pay
Reed Business Support are pleased to be working with a professional services business based in Perth who are looking to recruit a temporary Reception Administrator on an ongoing temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out both reception and admin duties to support staff within the organisation.
Whilst this role is currently set as ongoing, the client anticipates the role will last several months. There is also a possibility the role could be extended / become permanent.
- 36.25 hours per week (8:45am - 5:15pm : Monday - Friday : Can be flexible)
- Office based
- Immediate start
Key responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls in a professional manner, providing support where required or passing to the relevant member of staff
- Creating a welcoming environment for any visitors to the office
- Serving refreshments
- Booking rooms for meetings and setting up meeting rooms when required
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Binding client and internal documents
- Receiving deliveries
- Filing, photocopying, printing, and scanning
- Typing documents (not a regular task)
- Ordering stock for the office
Person specifications:
- Previous experience working in an Office Administrative role
- Excellent telephone manner and ability to communicate professionally with clients
- Good IT skills and previous usage of Microsoft Office package
- Presentable
- Positive attitude and willingness to support with various tasks
Desirable:
- Reception experience is preferred but not essential, however, applicants must be confident dealing with clients
