An amazing and rare opportunity which has come up at an international law firm in Liverpool.

The firm is one of the most well known in the region and has an established Commercial Property team dealing with a high quality of work. The team advises a broad range of clients, including operators, property developers, owners and financiers.

The work will be varied, including Landlord and Tennent matters, acquisitions, disposals, dealing with development and requisite documentation, negotiation of leases and associated documents among other matters.

The chosen candidate will be around 1-4 years’ PQE and come from a reputable Commercial Property team.
