Real Estate Solicitor NQ-5 PQE

A major firm in Newcastle is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to bolster their well-established practice. This role is offered full time on a permanent basis, with flexible working available.

Their multi-partner Real Estate team are well recognised for their expertise in the market. They have seen consistent growth in the last few years and their Real Estate team is one of the largest in the region

THE OPPORTUNITY

The successful candidate will represent all of the various parties involved in Real Estate transactions including sellers, buyers, developers, investors, partners, lenders, borrowers, landlords and tenants. The firm regularly act for many well-known brands across diverse sectors including blue-chip companies

The quality and complexity of the work you will undertake is high calibre and varied. Expect plentiful involvement on new, interesting and high value projects, with full backing of the available resources from a leading firm.

THE CANDIDATE

- The candidate will be a newly or soon to be, qualified Solicitor up to 5 years' post qualified experience
- At least 6 months' experience in Commercial Property/Real Estate
- Technically excellent and track record of ensuring the provision of a high standard of client service
- Strong academics and interpersonal skills
