This National Top 50 UK practice are seeking a Real Estate Senior Associate to join their L500 Ranked, MK Team.

Whilst they are full service, Real Estate has always been their strongest area, contributing to almost 50% of Revenue. Through ongoing success and prioritised growth of this team, they are looking to make a senior-level hire.

They are considered a very well established national firm, led by a team of industry heavyweights who are excited to further develop their respective teams.

Whilst 5-10 Years ago, they were considered more of a traditional outfit; this practice has undergone significant transformation to ensure they remain a truly competitive option.

Recent promotions to Partner have taken place, so those who join at Senior Associate level in this round of expansion, will be provided Partner track!

The Role

This position has been created through further growth planned for Real Estate, where you will have access to high value work.

The team currently advises a range of UK Based Corporates, Funders, Developers and Investors across:

• Acquisitions & Disposals
• Landlord and Tenant matters
• General Commercial Property 

Whilst there can be a varied role available, you will also have the opportunity to focus your caseload and specialise should you wish.

Requirements

• You will be a Real Estate Associate/ Senior Associate with 4 PQE +
• Experienced in managing your own caseload
• Keen to assist with the development of an L500 Ranked Team
• Opportunity to step up from Associate to Senior Associate
