Real Estate Property Consultant

The Role:

• Handling Residential Sales and Leasing in U.K primary market / under-construction projects.

• Liaising with buyers to identify their needs.

• Sourcing new listings.

• Conducting viewings.

• Conducting relevant KYC on sellers and buyers.

• Qualifying the financial ability and position of buyers.

• Negotiating offers for purchase between buyers and vendors and agreeing on sales.

• Ensuring consistent feedback to clients regarding the marketing and progress of their property.

• Keeping up to date with local market conditions and factors affecting demand/pricing.

• Identifying opportunities to generate property valuations.

• Coordinating marketing efforts to create listings and market properties.

The Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Estate Agency
• Proven experience in negotiating high-value property sales in U.K primary market.
• Proven track record of generating new listings and property sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Detail orientated with an exceedingly high level of accuracy.
• Knowledge of local property laws and regulations.
• Driving License is preferred but not mandatory.
