This role involves assisting the Real Estate team with a wide range of planning and property transactions. The Real Estate Paralegal will play a pivotal role in contributing to the team's success.

Our client is a leading law firm in London with a strong emphasis on its real estate department. The company has an extensive team and offers a comprehensive range of legal services to a diverse client base.

Description

  • Assisting in property transactions including acquisitions, disposals and leases.
  • Conducting legal research and compiling reports on relevant real estate matters.
  • Preparing legal documents and contracts related to real estate transactions.
  • Managing the property due diligence process.
  • Communicating with clients and other professionals in the real estate industry.
  • Coordinating with the team to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Keeping abreast of changes in real estate law and the professional services industry.
  • Maintaining client confidentiality and upholding the firm's professional standards.

Profile

A successful Real Estate Paralegal should have:

  • At least 2 years Real Estate Paralegal experience at an international/national law firm.
  • Strong understanding of real estate transactions and property law.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in preparing legal documents and contracts.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience working in a professional services environment.
