Real Estate Paralegal

Your new firm
Our high-profile international client is looking for some Real Estate Paralegals to join their office in Bristol. This outstanding and well-known law firm is based in over 40 countries, employing over 5000 lawyers.

Your new role
You will be assisting the real estate team and be focusing on the support of their energy sector, large development company, banking, pension fund, private investor and retail fund clients. In this role you will be taking part in negotiations, assisting with purchases and leases of sub-stations and construction compounds. You will also be responsible for managing a busy caseload, drafting acquisition documentation, and assisting with file opening procedures.

What you'll need to succeed
In your new role, you will ideally have experience as a Real Estate Paralegal with a keen eye for detail. With the ability to take initiative, you will be used to dealing with a large workload. You will have a strong academic background and a degree in law or equivalent qualification is preferred, but not essential. Alternatively, you may be working towards CILEx. Having great organisational skills and the ability to work well in a team will be required for this role.
