Real Estate Paralegal

A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join its team and be based in its Bristol office.

The Role:

• Supporting fee-earners on transactions focused on the energy sector
• Managing a busy caseload of transactions including liaising with the clients to obtain instructions
• Negotiating and completing easements and wayleaves
• Assisting with purchases and leases of sub-stations and construction compounds

Your experience:

• You must have experience in real estate transactions
• Experience in dealing with large workload is paramount
