Yolk Recruitment is thrilled to be partnering with a leading international law firm to recruit for a talented Paralegal to join their Real Estate team in London. If you're ready to take the next step in your legal career and thrive in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

This is what you'll be doing:

• Providing vital administrative support to fee-earners, including drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents.
• Assisting with Land Registry applications, property searches, and analyzing pertinent documents and information.
• Conducting thorough legal and factual research and preparing comprehensive reports.
• Managing and organizing documents in DealRoom and other online data room services.

The experience you'll bring to the team:

• A degree in Law with a first or upper second class classification or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Paralegal or in a relevant legal role.
• Ideally, experience within Real Estate and understanding of related tasks.
• Proficiency in using legal research databases is advantageous.
