We invite you to join a Tier 1 Real Estate Litigation Team in Liverpool as a Partner, where you will take the helm in handling complex tenant and landlord disputes, with a specific focus on the thriving retail sector.

The Firm

  • This distinguished and highly experienced team specialise in formulating effective strategies and negotiations to achieve the best possible outcomes for their clients involved in disputes at the earliest opportunity.
  • With extensive expertise in all forms of alternative dispute resolution and formal court proceedings, they take pride in delivering outstanding legal counsel and representation to their valued clients.

The Role

  • Handling a broad range of property-related litigation cases and dealing with landlord and tenant management and disputes.
  • Acting as a key client contact and attending regular update meetings with senior members of client property teams.
  • Accepting instructions from partners in other offices and departments, ensuring prompt and high-quality execution at the appropriate level.
  • Jointly leading the team in achieving team budgets and gross margins. Introducing work of superior quality to the team and the firm while demonstrating an ability to generate repeat work from clients.

The Candidate

  • Proven expertise in handling complex property litigation matters, both as a supervising partner and a case handler, with experience in taking cases to trial.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead client meetings and effectively delegate work to junior fee earners.
  • Excellent business development and marketing acumen to contribute to the firm's growth and maintain and expand your client base.
  • A successful track record at a reputable firm with a substantial following in the legal community.
