An exceptional opportunity awaits for a Real Estate Finance Lawyer seeking a diverse workload without compromising on quality.

This Top 100 full-service UK law firm are seeking to enhance their collaborative London-based team with a positive and engaging Lawyer, ideally in the early stages of their post-qualification career, though candidates at other levels will be duly considered.

About the Role:

  • This position offers the chance to exclusively focus on real estate finance within the London team.
  • Working closely with a Partner, you'll thrive in a dynamic environment, collaborating with a team of four dedicated property finance lawyers.

Responsibilities

  • You'll handle a diverse range of tasks, predominantly representing lenders in residential and commercial property transactions for acquisition, development, and refinance.
  • While extensive expertise in all areas is not expected, familiarity with banking and security documentation, as well as due diligence processes, is advantageous.
