They seek a dynamic Mid-Level Real Estate Finance Associate to join their London office.

The firm offer unparalleled guidance across all real estate asset classes, trusted by a spectrum of clients worldwide, including developers, owners, investors, and lenders, to navigate the complexities of their transactions successfully.

Their expertise spans deal structures, real estate markets, and all facets of real estate lending, including loan origination, syndication, and development financing.

About the Role

  • As a member of the practice, you'll collaborate with leading Partners, benefit from a supportive environment focused on professional growth, and work on diverse projects alongside colleagues from international offices.
  • Your responsibilities will include assisting on various cross-border real estate finance transactions, drafting and negotiating finance-related documents and providing guidance to Junior Associates.
  • You'll stay updated on real estate finance law developments across jurisdictions and conduct legal research as necessary.

About You

  • Beyond stellar academic credentials, the firm require someone who has strong technical skills and extensive knowledge of the property sector.
  • Candidates should have 3 - 5 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Experience in real estate finance transactions from both lender and borrower perspectives is essential, along with multitasking abilities, and a methodical approach to work.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for explaining complex legal concepts to diverse audiences, including international clients.
  • You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously, requiring exceptional organization and a knack for delivering outstanding results within tight deadlines.
