Real Estate Account Executive

£50,000 - £75,000 + Bonus + Benefits

London / Hybrid Working

The Company:

Your new company, is a market leading, and global Lloyd's Broker, who now have an exciting opportunity for you to join their organisation as an Account Executive within their successful and dynamic Real Estate Division.

This exciting position is a client and market facing role, offering exceptional support and career progression.

The Role

  • Responsible for developing solid internal and external relationships
  • Working closely with the Directors to ensure the implementation of expanded service opportunities, risk management and insurance objectives
  • Thinking creatively and contributing to putting plans in place for Clients who may deem to be under threat
  • Attending Insurer review meetings and providing detailed feedback to ensure a progressive relationship
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure a solid support network for the department and assisting in the progression of AH’s
  • Proactively seeking and identifying potential methods of change to enhance delivery and service to clients
  • Taking ownership and delivering accurate renewal reports
  • Working with department budgets
  • Actively seeking and generating new business opportunities by actively networking

Requirements

  • 3 + years of experience within the Real Estate or Property Insurance Market
  • Experience in dealing with high-end Real Estate Clients (Non-SME)
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships and applying them in both formal and informal situations
  • First class organisational skills
  • Progressive attitude
