Senior Developer - React
  • Salary Range: £50,000 - £65,000
  • Location: Open to remote candidates
  • Job Type: Full-time

We are on the lookout for a Senior Developer with expertise in React to lead a significant project. The role involves converting a Vue application to React, and the ideal candidate will be instrumental in upskilling our current team in React technologies.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Lead the conversion of a Vue application to React, ensuring both can run in parallel on the same web application.
  • Mentor and upskill the existing development team in React.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good coding practices and habits.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Over 5 years of commercial experience with React, including leadership on projects.
  • Experience with micro frontends is highly desirable.
  • Strong front-end development skills with a good understanding of progressive web applications.
  • Ability to mentor and upskill team members in React.
  • Backend technology experience is beneficial but not essential.
