Salary: £12.36 - £12.97
Shift: 4on 4off (between 0500 – 2300)

Job Description: We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Ramp Agent to join our team. As a Ramp Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of ground services at airports. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Aircraft Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload cargo, baggage, and other items onto and from aircraft, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure stowage.
  2. Baggage Handling: Transfer baggage between terminals, aircraft, and baggage claim areas, following established procedures to prevent damage or loss.
  3. Aircraft Servicing: Perform aircraft servicing tasks, including refueling, towing, and deicing, in accordance with safety regulations and company procedures.
  4. Equipment Operation: Operate ground support equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and baggage carts to transport cargo and baggage to and from aircraft.
  5. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including wearing appropriate protective gear and following established procedures for the handling of hazardous materials.
  6. Communication: Coordinate with airline personnel, ground crews, and air traffic control to ensure smooth operations and timely departures and arrivals.
  7. Maintenance and Inspection: Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities, reporting any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management for resolution.
