Front Office Developer - Contract

The successful candidate will join the Fixed Income Front Office Quantitative Analytics department. This is a Front Office facing team, focused on delivering both strategic and tactical pricing and risk management solutions to the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining 'Front Office' systems and understand, in detail, business requirements for the Fixed Income Flow and Structured desks

Essential requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage and implement technical solutions
  • Experience of working with Front Office trading desks
  • Proven ability to communicate with Front Office users, IT colleagues, project managers, architects
  • Strong knowledge of, and experience using: Excel VBA,
  • Detailed knowledge of Fixed Income front to back and/or process mapping skills
  • Experience in financial products, particularly Interest Rate Derivatives
  • Investment Banking is a must
