Go-Kart Track Marshals

HOURS: Full and Part-time/Flexible - MUST be available to work evenings and weekends as well as weekdays.

LOCATION: Daytona Sandown Park, More Lane, Esher, Surrey, KT10 8AN


Our client Daytona Sandown Park is hiring Go-Kart Track Marshals to join their team.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the race circuit whilst during events
  • Issuing the correct flags to drivers whilst they are racing on circuit.
  • Relaying information carefully and correctly back to the Race Director.
  • Keeping up track appearance and safety in accordance with the company's safety standard.
  • Ensuring their guests have an enjoyable experience whilst providing excellent customer service throughout.

Skills and Essentials:

  • The candidate must be presentable, reliable, confident liaising with guests.
  • Have the drive and commitment to be successful to further develop career and skills.
  • Have excellent first-class communication, people and team working skills.
  • Be self-motivated and have the desire to be the best.
  • Have bags of enthusiasm and the ability to have fun whilst working.
  • Have the ability to work closely as a team in order to provide a safe racing environment for our guests.
  • Be available to work evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays.

Experience is not necessary as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
