Senior Race Design Engineer
The Senior Race Design Engineer will have the following responsibilities:   
  • Design or modify various metallic components for motorsport applications. This will also include designing production assembly fixtures and tooling when required.
  • Completing calculations as required for stress levels including material stress, dimensional requirements.
  • Raising bill of materials as necessary. Using Microsoft Dynamics AX
  • Working closely with suppliers to ensure the most efficient production methods are used. Liaise with customers to ensure correct test requirements are completed
  • Using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to analyse components through high performance scenarios. This will include topology optimization.
Senior Race Design Engineer
The Senior Race Design Engineer will require the following experience:
  • Degree qualified in Automotive or Motorsport Engineering (Relevant subjects also considered)
  • Must have FEA experience (SW Simulation or Altair is preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years in relevant industry sector (Motorsport, Automotive, Motorcycle)
