Are you looking for a new challenge in Credit? With exposure to Risk to Query management?

SF are working exclusively with a large, commercial, sales lead business who are looking to bring in a driven and passionate Credit professional, who has strong technical skills alongside excellent communication and negotiation skills both with clients and internal stakeholders. The ability to influence & partner with internal sales and operational departments is key to the success of this role.

Your new role:

  • Reviewing new Credit applications/requests to increase credit limits, making commercial decisions using credit reference agencies & customers financial statements.
  • Process customer referral scheme vouchers and requests
  • Manage and monitor the OMR Process for rejected invoices at Branch level
  • Investigating and resolving queries on their largest customer accounts, liaising with branches and customers
  • Managing the referral & rebate process
  • Supporting the team with unallocated cash
  • Dealing with invoice, pricing and credit note queries
  • Supporting the Credit Control Manager, as a point of escalation in the team
  • Supporting with the unallocated cash
  • Be instrumental in building strong Dispute Resolution procedures and providing guidance and training at Branch level

What you'll need

  • Strong Business Partnering skills
  • Eye for detail and strong business acumen
  • 3+ years experience in a B2B Credit environment
  • Experience with credit applications and reviewing of limits is desirable
