QUBE Systems Analyst 12m FTC – Remote
£40,000 - £60,000 plus flexible working and great benefits

This well-established, international property management company are looking for a QUBE Systems Analyst to join their Enterprise Application team as it doubles in size. The role will see you responsible for providing technical support for their core system MRI Qube, with a focus on data management and system administration.

You will provide technical support for QUBE, including troubleshooting, problem resolution, and root cause analysis.

The role can be flexible on location, with occasional travel to Leeds expected. This role will be a fixed-term position for 12-months initially to cover maternity leave.

Package:
  • £40,000 - £60,000 basic – Dependent on experience

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will work closely with development teams to ensure applications and systems are operating as intended. You will also create and maintain documentation of processes and procedures whilst identifying and implementing process improvements.

Required:
  • Strong experience working with MRI QUBE with good knowledge of tables database, PPMS, Purchase Ledger and General Ledger. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • SQL, Excel, Power Query & Power BI – Desirable.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform system administration tasks.
  • Developing comprehensive documentation.
  • Customise and configure the system according to business needs.
  • Creating reports using the Report Wizard functionality. 
  • Building and maintaining workflows within QUBE.
  • Creating Fund Consolidations within the PPMS module.
