Quantity Surveyor
A forward-thinking, progressive Construction & Property Consultancy, with 5 offices nationwide, is seeking an ambitious and hands-on Quantity Surveyor to enhance their Chester office.
The Quantity Surveyor Role
The Partners are looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor ideally with a broad scope of experience sector-wise, to join their well-established team of professionals working across all sectors of the built environment.
The company has a strong presence in the property market, with an exciting pipeline of private and affordable housing developments from £500k - £20m within the region, as well as Commercial, Manufacturing and Industrial.
The new Quantity Surveyor will receive unrivalled career development and progression working closely alongside the Partners who are committed to fostering career growth and offering substantial support towards the APC, coupled with the benefit of flexible working arrangements, including the option to work from home for a minimum of two days each week.
The Quantity Surveyor
- RICS Accredited degree qualification
- MRICS or currently working towards APC
- Previous QS experience within a UK Consultancy
- Pre & post contract experience
