Quantity Surveyor

You will be joining an established business who have an excellent reputation, repeat work with clients and first class training and development program for staff.

You will be working with a talented team providing commercial and contractual management on the projects which include residential, Life science, Commercial and Education under both JCT and NEC contact form.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of construction techniques and come from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor background. You will be highly organised, process driven and able to sufficiently manage subcontractor packages from procurement through to final accounting.

You will be working as part of a commercial team on these projects which include a 2-Stage tender process.

This company has a lot of long-serving staff and aren't shy at promoting from within.

The ideal candidate will have a construction related degree and a minimum of 3 - 5 years experience.
