We are a well-established main contractor with a strong track record in delivering successful projects. Our portfolio includes refurbishments, new builds, and fit-out projects across various sectors, including life sciences, healthcare, industrial, and data centres.
Your new role
You will join a commercial team, ensuring effective financial reporting, budget management, and risk assessment. Your expertise will be crucial in advising on commercial strategy, assessing compensation events, and reviewing subcontractor supply chains. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering projects all while adhering to NEC or JCT forms of contract. Your ability to communicate effectively and negotiate confidently will be essential in this dynamic role within our organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in refurbishments, new builds, or fit-out projects
- Knowledge of the construction industry within the M25
- Full project life cycle experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Relevant qualifications in quantity surveying (HNC, BSc, etc.)
