Quantity Surveyor
Recruit4Staff are proud to be representing their client, a well-established National Demolition Services Company, in their search for a Quantity Surveyor to work from their Leeds Office.
What our client is offering for the successful Quantity Surveyor :
- Up to £60,000 per annum
- Monday - Friday 0830 - 1700
- Permanent Role

The Role - Quantity Surveyor:
- Previous experience in administering the quantity surveying function on remediation projects
- Ensuring all Commercial Activities are performed in an ethical manner while maintaining a competitive position
- Action contract change management and subcontractor procurement
- Knowledge of the standard construction contracts including JCT, NEC3 and NEC4
- Visit projects as and when required
What we are looking for in a Quantity Surveyor:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar industry-recognised qualification - ESSENTIAL
- 3 years plus, post-graduate experience - ESSENTIAL
- Experience in civil engineering, groundworks, or land remediation - DESIREABLE
- Full UK Driver License - ESSENTIAL
