Job Title:           Quantity Surveyor

Job reference:   81563

Venn Group are currently working with a Large NHS organisation, who are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis.

Duties will include:

  • Assist with workforce oversight / subcontractor deployment & time keeping
  • Working with main contractors
  • Meet with subcontractors throughout the works 
  • Weekly reports / cost forecast
  • Agree final accounts

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

  • Proven experience within a construction background
  • Desirable to have worked on NHS projects
