Quantity Surveyor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join a renowned Construction Consultancy based out of their central Manchester office.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a market leading consultancy with 5 offices nationwide and over 240 professionals operating across these offices.

The Manchester team are currently 10 Quantity Surveyors strong but off the back of a very successful year and an exciting pipeline of projects, they're aiming to increase this to 15-20 this year.

The incoming Quantity Surveyor will work across a broad variety of interesting projects up to £100m across the Education, Health, Heritage, Hotel & Leisure, Industrial, Residential, Retail and Commercial Office sectors.

This project diversity, with the help of the company's impressive Internal APC Programme, could prove to be the perfect opportunity for a driven Quantity Surveyor eager to sit their APC and become Chartered. Alongside these development opportunities, there is also rapid progression to a Senior QS role.

The Quantity Surveyor

• A RICS Accredited degree qualification
• MRICS or currently working towards ideally
• Pre & Post contract experience
• Previous QS experience within a UK Consultancy
• Valid UK Driving License
