Quantity Surveyor

A globally renowned Construction and Property Consultancy is looking to add a talented Quantity Surveyor to their growing Manchester team.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will team a well-established, strong commercial team consisting of 15 Quantity Surveyors - working in both a QS and Employers Agent capacity and a further 15 Project Managers.

The incoming Quantity Surveyor will have no shortage of diverse and interesting schemes to get involved in including Healthcare (Hospital new build & refurbishments), Residential, Commercial, Education & Higher Education, Student Accommodation, Industrial and Aviation.

Working within the Manchester team, you will be given the opportunity to work on exciting and varied developments while having the opportunity to develop professionally with unrivalled support and training opportunities. Alongside this, you will also receive unrivalled support with the option to work both hybrid and remote!

The role comes with fantastic opportunity for long term development to a Senior QS position as well as strong APC support via their renowned internal APC programme which currently has a plethora of surveyors enrolled.

The Quantity Surveyor

• RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Pre and Post contract experience
• Previous QS Experience within a UK Consultancy
• Healthcare/Hospital project experience is very desirable
