Your Next Job – What you’ll be doing
 
As a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Cost Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the commercial management of super prime residential construction projects ranging from £2m - £60m in build value, overseeing between 3 and 6 at a time. You'll lead project cost planning and scheduling, ensuring alignment with client goals and organisational objectives. Collaborating closely with our team, you'll demonstrate strong leadership skills to mentor and guide cost management professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
 
Your expertise in cost control, strategic planning, contract management, and risk mitigation will be instrumental in driving project success and delivering optimal financial outcomes for our clients. Whilst working closely with our extremely wealthy and often famous clients you’ll be expected to be able operate efficiently & professionally whilst maintaining a cool-head and not getting starstruck.
 
Requirements & Rewards - What You Give & What You Get Back:
 
As a successful Quantity Surveyor, you'll have 5 – 10 years’ experience with direct exposure to super prime residential projects and high net worth clients. You’ll bring advanced expertise in cost control and financial management, along with strategic thinking and planning abilities for large-scale projects. Your mastery of contract management, negotiation skills, and conflict resolution techniques will be critical in navigating complex contractual matters and ensuring positive stakeholder engagement.
 
In return, you'll receive a salary ranging from £60,000 to £70,000 with a health benefit package on top and will be offered the option of flexible working, with Mondays and Fridays set as working from home days.
