Quantity Surveyor
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join a small but well established & growing Construction Consultancy based out of their Solihull office.
The Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a dedicated team within a thriving, privately-held business that boasts a national presence through its three strategic office locations.
This role offers the ideal blend of flexible working arrangements and a commendable work-life balance, with a structured approach that encourages spending a few days in the office to foster team collaboration, while also facilitating 2-3 days of remote work for added flexibility.
Working across an exciting and varied variety of schemes including Industrial/Logistics, Education, Commercial, Residential, Retail, Leisure, Health, and Data Centres, guaranteeing a rich and engaging workload.
As part of an expending organisation, the successful Quantity Surveyor will find ample room for career advancement with a tailored progression plan to a Senior Quantity Surveyor role as well as strong support with MRICS.
The Quantity Surveyor
Will have:
- A RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
- At least 12 months QS experience within a Consultancy environment
- Pre & Post contract experience
- MRICS or currently working towards
