?? Job Responsibilities ??

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting cost analysis and providing accurate estimates for projects
  • Managing project budgets and ensuring cost control
  • Preparing and evaluating contract documents
  • Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
  • Identifying potential risks and providing innovative solutions
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders

?? Requirements ??

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies and materials
  • Proficient in using industry-standard software
  • Full UK driving licence
