The selected individual will integrate into a notable development firm, celebrated for its pursuit of excellence in residential developments across the home counties. This role entails direct reports to the Commercial Director and Head of Commercial, necessitating collaborative efforts on several projects around West London, with occasional travel into Berkshire

The opportunity requires the Senior Quantity Surveyor to frequently travel between the Head Office and site locations, offering a balanced mix of office and onsite work. This position stands as a gateway to a durable career with ample room for professional growth, backed by a substantial pipeline of future projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

We seek a Senior Quantity Surveyor with:

• Established experience in residential construction projects.
• Estimation proficiency is advantageous.
• Experience in a developmental role or with a primary contractor preferred.
• Groundworks management expertise is desirable.

The Quantity Surveyor role

The role comes with:

• A remuneration range from £65,000 to £75,000.
• A £5k car allowance.
• 25 holiday days, in addition to statutory holidays.
