Senior Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities
Joining this highly regarded property developer, the successful candidate will contribute to high-end residential projects in and around the home counties, directly liaising with the Commercial Director and the Head of Commercial. This role involves significant coordination on projects near Guildford, each within a swift hour's journey from Beaconsfield.
This position is suited for a Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to undertake regular travel to various sites, ensuring a mix of office-based and field duties. With a solid pipeline of upcoming projects, the role promises a secure and flourishing career trajectory.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will have:
- The ability to independently manage projects
- Experience working on Residential projects
- The drive to help develop a small, up and coming company
In Return?
The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:
- £55,000 - £65,000
- Car allowance
- 20 days annual leave + bank holidays (+1 every year)
- Extra 5 days off at Christmas
