A remarkable chance has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in a prestigious Property Development firm situated in the scenic Beaconsfield.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The appointed Senior Quantity Surveyor will be welcomed into an elite development corporation, known for its dedication to quality in residential initiatives throughout the home counties. Reporting to the Commercial Director and Head of Commercial, this position entails substantial teamwork on exciting projects near Guildford, all within a comfortable hour's commute from Beaconsfield.

The role requires the Senior Quantity Surveyor's commitment to frequent travel to Beaconsfield and various project locations, mixing office and on-site tasks. With a strong, stable backlog of projects for the years ahead, this role offers a stable career path with outstanding advancement opportunities.

The successul Senior Quantity Surveyor

The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will possess:

• A solid background in residential new builds.
• Estimation skills, though not compulsory.
• Experience in development or with main contractors.
• Specialization in managing Groundworks packages would be a plus.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will have:

• The ability to independently manage projects
• Experience working on Residential projects
• The drive to help develop a small, up and coming company

In Return?

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

• £55,000 - £65,000
• Car allowance
• 20 days annual leave + bank holidays (+1 every year)
