A London Cost and Project Management consultancy is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor at Director level who has the ambition to push on towards becoming a Partner within the LLP.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will initially come in as a Director and shall work alongside the Partners in the day to day running and management of the business which is currently circa 20 (Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers).

Alongside this, the new Quantity Surveyor will take charge and lead on an array of commercial based projects, ensuring that clients are happy with the standard of work being delivered, whilst also maintaining client relationships in order to pick up further work.

Once settled, the successful Quantity Surveyor shall also be tasked with bringing in new business.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • Preferably MRICS or similar
  • UK PQS/ London Cost Consultancy experience
  • Previous experience as an Associate Director, or Director level QS
  • Excellent technical quantity surveying knowledge
  • Good management skills
  • Business development acumen
