A national construction consultancy with a relaxing working environment, are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding and team friendly Quantity Surveying division in London.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will support an Associate Director and Senior Quantity Surveyor across fast paced retail and education projects.

Day to day, the new Quantity Surveyor shall be responsible for delivering your own projects, pre and post cost contract, and at times, undertake a project management/employers agent role.

The Quantity Surveyor

This would suit a personable Assistant Quantity Surveyor seeking a step up, or a Quantity Surveyor working towards completing their APC.

  • Completed a Quantity Surveying degree, or a RICS accredited degree
  • Working towards becoming chartered
  • Minimum of 2 years quantity surveying experience
  • Worked within a UK PQS / Construction consultancy environment
  • Pre and post contract experience
