A close knit, London Chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy that works specifically with private clients on high valued projects, are seeking a client facing Quantity Surveyor.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will work alongside 3 Quantity Surveying Partners who remain hands-on, fronting and delivering (new build) private residential and commercial projects across the high-end sector.

Day to day, the new Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for running smaller projects up to £10m from inception to completion, whilst also assisting the Partners on the more complex schemes up to £50m.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
  • MRICS or working towards
  • UK or Hong Kong Quantity Surveying experience
  • QS experience within a cost consultancy / private practice
  • Pre and post cost management ability
