M&E Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Commercial Manager

Our client, a large MEP Contractor are recruiting for a Project/Senior Quantity Surveyor or a Commercial Manager to be based in Bristol to work on MEP building services projects on a long term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work on a full project to completion.

Remuneration:

£45 000 - £85 000 plus Additional Benefits

The role:

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working on MEP building services projects.

Requirements:

- NEC or JCT forms of contract knowledge
- Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management experience within M&E
