Quantity Surveyor
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join an award-winning high-end Main Contractor based out of their Broxbourne office.
The Quantity Surveyor Role
This contractor specialises in high-end refurbishments, conversions and new builds within the Super Prime Residential sector on multimillion pound schemes.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on prestigious high-end schemes across London whilst working and growing in a supprotive and collaborative environment.
This could be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in the high-end space who feels they've hit a ceiling in their current role. Or, an established Quantity Surveyor looking for greater long term development, training opportunities and a family feel culture & atmosphere at work.
The Quantity Surveyo
The successful Quantity Surveyor will have:
- QS experience with a Main Contractor or Developer
- HNC in Construction or relevant degree qualification
- A good understanding of high end residential refurbishments
- General high end experience
In Return?
The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:
- £45,000 - £55,000
- 30 days annual leave
- Travel Allowance to/from sites
